Return Policy

Refunds and/or exchanges will be issued on all UNWORN merchandise with proof of purchase returned within 45 days of date of purchase. Please email returns@sneakerking.com for return authorization instructions. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. DO NOT return item until you have received Return Authorization. All refunds will be in the form of original payment. Item must be in BRAND NEW UNWORN condition with all packaging materials and shoe box. Shoe box must be intact and not marred by return method. 

Merchandise purchased more than 45 days prior cannot be returned or exchanged. 

WORN merchandise cannot be returned. 

If during the first 14 days of purchase you believe an item has a manufacturer defect you may request Return Authorization via email at returns@sneakerking.com requesting the item be inspected. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturer defect you will receive a refund and/or exchange in the form of your original payment. Proof of purchase is required. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges for any item returned for inspection. Any worn merchandise that cannot be accepted under SneakerKing's Return Policy will be directed to contact the manufacturer for review under the manufacturer's return policy. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to customer for items deemed not defective.
